Day
Program
Infinite Supports is able to provide 2 types of Day Support services. Each of these services are designed to:
maintain or improve an Individual's job-readiness skills, work abilities, dexterity, stamina, memory, personal safety, interpersonal relations, self-help, communication, mobility, other functional abilities and life skills.
The Day Program is set up to provide Individuals with a safe, non-residential, community integration program in a structured programmatic setting.
Infinite Supports Day Program serves adults only.
Day Program Hours:
Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
Day Supports Group (DSG): Infinite Supports will provided daily supports to the Individual in a group setting, where individuals can gather in groups during the day to avoid becoming isolated and to participate in and contribute to their community
Day Supports for an Individual (DSI): Infinite Supports will Provide one- to - one support, supervision and training to the Individual receiving service.
